  • RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Mr. Geiler's primary responsibilities include all aspects of architectural and engineering acoustics, noise and vibration control, and presentation systems. Mr. Geiler has been involved with the design of government facilities, large format theatres, motion picture theatres, motion base simulator facilities, performing arts facilities, presentation spaces, audio/visual facilities, medical facilities, and worship spaces. He performs analyses, design, recommendations and documentation relating to room acoustics, sound isolation, noise mitigation, community noise control, vibration isolation & mitigation, and audio/visual systems.
  • PROJECT EXPERIENCE
    • Jefferson County Civic Center - Fairfield, Iowa
      • 500 seat Fine Arts Concert Hall. Providing Auditorium Acoustics, Performance Lighting, Audio Systems, Sound Isolation, and Mechanical/Electrical Noise and Vibration Control design for the Concert Hall.
    • Valencia Omnimax - Valencia, Spain
      • 440 seat Omnimax® 15/70 dome theatre. Provided Room Acoustics, Sound Isolation, and Mechanical/Electrical Noise and Vibration Control design for the theatre.
    • Lake Superior Center - Duluth, Minnesota
      • Facility includes indoor fresh water river exhibits, sensory immersion experience, audio/video presentation space, and classrooms. Provided Audio/Visual, Room Acoustics, Sound Isolation, and Mechanical/Electrical Noise & Vibration Control design.
    • Science Museum of Minnesota, New Riverfront Facility - Saint Paul, Minnesota
      • Facility contains five major exhibit halls and a Imax/Omnimax® Convertible 15/70 theater. Provided Room Acoustics, Sound Isolation, and Mechanical/Electrical Noise & Vibration Control design for the theatre and exhibit spaces.
    • Indianapolis Children's Museum - Indianapolis, Indiana
      • 318 seat Iwerks® 15/70 dome theatre. Provided Room Acoustics and Sound Isolation design for the theatre.
    • U.S. Fish and Wildlife - Seattle, Washington
      • U.S. Fish & Wildlife Northwest Biological Science Center emergency generator noise mitigation project. Developed a noise abatement plan to reduce emergency generator noise to levels acceptable to the City of Seattle and local residents. Noise mitigation plan included mufflers, silencers and sound barriers.
