  • RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Mr. Erickson’s primary responsibilities include project management and technical support of acoustic consulting projects including interior acoustics, sound isolation, mechanical noise and vibration control, field-testing, community noise surveys, and audio-visual systems design. Mr. Erickson has been involved with the design of educational facilities, performing arts centers, auditoriums, lecture halls, conference rooms, residential and commercial buildings, and industrial facilities. Mr. Erickson also has extensive experience with acoustic modeling and auralization of both interior acoustics and outdoor environmental noise.
  • PROJECT EXPERIENCE
    • Frasier Hall, University of Northern Colorado - Fort Collins, Colorado
      • Provided acoustic testing & analysis and sound isolation design recommendations for the renovation of music classrooms and practice areas for UNC.

    • Lincoln Center - Fort Collins, Colorado
      • Provided acoustic testing & analysis, computerized 3D acoustic modeling, interior acoustics recommendations and sound isolation design recommendations for the renovation of the 1,100+ seat main performance hall and mini-theater.

    • Wyoming Air National Guard - Cheyenne, Wyoming
      • Provided architectural acoustics and noise & vibration analysis as well as AV design and sight-line recommendations for the design of a new conference and lecture hall.
  • PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE
    • D. L. Adams Associates, Denver, Colorado
      • Mr. Erickson’s primary responsibility was to provide technical support for acoustic consulting projects. Mr. Erickson was involved with over 100 projects including residential, commercial, mixed-use, educational, and industrial buildings as well as specialized buildings such as churches, performing arts centers, and resorts. Project deliverables included recommendations and technical reports, CAD details, site visits and field testing, computerized acoustic models, and auralization demonstrations.
